Have you ever wanted to fish Centennial Lake at night? Now's your chance! Join Howard County Recreation & Parks for a unique opportunity to fish the lake after hours. Bring your own fishing pole, bait, tackle, bug repellant, flashlight or lantern, chair, or boat. Advanced registration is encouraged but on-site registration is available. Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
SCARECROW DIY

Get creative at our scarecrow making event. Bring a baby footed pajama outfit to dress your scarecrow, we will provide the rest! Pre-registration is required; children must be accompanied by an adult.
FLOATING PUMPKIN PATCH

Join us for a thrilling time with your family and friends. Jump into our heated pool to find your floating pumpkin. Enjoy games, crafts and refreshments. Children can come dressed in their favorite costume; but don't forget their bathing suit! Preregistration is required; children must be accompanied by an adult.

Knowledgeable Robinson Nature Center naturalists are guides for this hour and a half-long wonders of the night hike. Meet at the Robinson Nature Center to caravan to the MPEA. The hike covers approximately two miles on unpaved terrain. Bring a flashlight!

Manor Hill Farm will be hosting their annual Harvest at the Hill Festival on their 54-acre working farm in Ellicott City, Maryland. Manor Hill Brewing will be providing beer for the event… highlights include: Live Music from local bands, farm tours and education activities, brewery tours, farm brewed beers from Manor Hill Brewing being poured throughout the farm, food truck, yard games and more!
