Join a self-guided adventure where nature’s “tricks” are revealed at delightful stations among the trees. Inside the nature center, make a potion with a witch, delight in Halloween-inspired music and puppet shows. Make crafts and take part in tot-friendly challenges. Get creative at our scarecrow making event. Bring a baby footed pajama outfit to dress your scarecrow, we will provide the rest! Pre-registration is required; children must be accompanied by an adult.
FLOATING PUMPKIN PATCH

Join us for a thrilling time with your family and friends. Jump into our heated pool to find your floating pumpkin. Enjoy games, crafts and refreshments. Children can come dressed in their favorite costume; but don't forget their bathing suit! Preregistration is required; children must be accompanied by an adult.

OCTOBER KIDS ART NIGHT WITH THE CREATIVE CAN ART STUDIO

Back by popular demand, we are resuming our KIDS ART NIGHTS this Fall! Join us for another special family-friendly evening on October 21st. Get in gear for a "wheely" fun day to celebrate Halloween! Come dressed in your favorite costume to trick-or-treat at all of the trucks, tractors, emergency vehicles, and more while meeting some of your hometown heroes! Enjoy live music, hayrides, face painting, children's activities, giveaways, story time and more fall fun! Food trucks will be present offering food for purchase.
LONG REACH HALLOWEEN PARTY

Saturday, October 26, 2019, 5:00-6:30pm at Amherst House. Daisy the Clown is back with three, free, magic shows at 5:00, 5:45, and 6:30pm. Walk around the village center to trick-or-treat and visit the Haunted House in the courtyard (sponsored by the Hammond High School Music Department). Village center events take place from 5:00-8:00pm.

Gain exclusive after-hours access to PFI's ruins and see what adventures await you! Tour the ruins, learn about various ghost hunting equipment, and then explore the former girl's school to ask unseen residents questions, take photos, and detect supernatural activity.

The Bin hosts Yappy hour in the parking lot adjacent to our building. Bring your well-behaved leashed dog or come without a dog and enjoy everyone else’s dog. Donations and a portion of our sales benefit dog charities. Live Music, Popcorn and a Free Beer and Wine tasting. Your dog is welcome inside The Bin as well. This is a free family friendly event. HARVEST AT THE HILL FESTIVAL

Manor Hill Farm will be hosting their annual Harvest at the Hill Festival on their 54-acre working farm in Ellicott City, Maryland. Manor Hill Brewing will be providing beer for the event… highlights include: Live Music from local bands, farm tours and education activities, brewery tours, farm brewed beers from Manor Hill Brewing being poured throughout the farm, food truck, yard games and more!
